我曾经写过一本小说《博傻》,讲的是在职场中、在公司里,失败的员工不是因为不够聪明,而是不够“傻”。我们要知道,在这个世界上,没有谁会比谁傻,装聪明远远不如装傻更聪明。有很多员工年轻气盛,受不了委屈,遇到任何一点不公就想不开、闹情绪,甚至辞职不干。我认为,这不是有个性,也不是聪明的表现,而是真傻。聪明的人会怎么做呢?有人说:“头三年学艺未精,只能看别人的脸色,这并不丢脸;有本事的人三年后成为不可或缺的骨干,让别人看你的脸色,这样的员工才是聪明的员工。”
