由总参工程兵部主持《师防御战斗工程保障组织指挥辅助决策与咨询系统》于八七年三月七日在南京通过鉴定。该项研究成果为我军合同战斗工程保障的组织指挥自动化建立了一套计算机软件系统。会议通过系统测试和专家评议,一致认为该成果在军内第一次把计算机技术比较系统地引进到我军合同战斗工程保障组织指挥领域,填补了这方面的空白,丰富了我军指挥自动化内容,同时在我军工程保障学术和技术研究手段上起到了改革作用;在全军工程保障微机开发和使用上具有先进性,有较高的实用价值。该系统的数据库是目前我军工程
