在日常生活中,“挑担子”几乎成了担任领导职务的一个代名词。有同志得到提拔重用,少不了有人道贺、勉励:“担子重了,须加倍努力,不负众望。”可见担子在人们心中的分量。
In everyday life, “pick and load” has almost become a synonym for leadership positions. Some comrades have been promoted and reused. As a result, they are congratulated by others and encouraged: “We must redouble our efforts and live up to expectations.” We can see the weight of the burden in people’s minds.
