本文分析44例健康老年人阻抗心动图有关参数及图形变化,并与其他年龄组相比较,发现:dz/dt-max、o波、x波、o/dz/dt-max比值、HI、CI值随年龄增长而减少;Zo、胸围随年龄增长而增加;X/dz/dt-max比值各年龄组无明显差异。dz/dt-max波的波形亦因年龄的增长而有较大的变异,老年组平台型、缓升型及其他变异图型所占比例增加。指出胸围可影响dz/dt-max波幅,进而使老年组HI、CI值偏低。
In this paper, we analyzed the parameters and changes of impedance cardiogram in 44 healthy elderly subjects and compared them with other age groups and found that the ratio of dz / dt-max, o wave, x wave, o / dz / dt- Value decreases with age; Zo, chest circumference increases with age; no significant difference in X / dz / dt-max ratio between the age groups. The waveform of dz / dt-max wave also has a large variation due to the increase of age, and the proportion of platform type, slow-rising type and other variation patterns in the aged group increased. Pointed out that the chest can affect the dz / dt-max amplitude, thereby leaving the elderly HI, CI value is low.
