春天是播种希望的时节,也是谋划未来的时刻。随着全国“两会”拉开帷幕,中国开启走向全面小康的新航程。过去一年,“十二五”规划圆满收官,经济社会发展取得长足进步,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设取得新的重大成就。以习近平同志为总书记的党中央团结带领全国各族人民,攻坚克难、锐意进取,我国经济实力、科技实力、国防实力、文化软实力、国际影响力迈上新台阶。这是全国人民勠力同心、顽强奋斗的结果,充分显示了中国制度的巨大优越性和强大生命力。
