前列腺癌在国内发病率很低,我科收治前列腺癌11例,现报告如下: 临床资料一、职业与年龄:本组病例年龄49～72岁,平均68.5岁,发病短者8日,长者18个月。二、临床表现:均有不同程度的排尿困难,呈点滴状者6例,尿潴留5例,排尿痛2例,肉眼血尿1例。3例有骨盆转移,其中1例伴有远处淋巴结转移,1例伴肺转移、1例伴肋骨转移。肛门指诊;前列腺质硬如石者6例,7例可触及结节,3例正常。

Anal fingering; prostatic hard stone such as 6 cases, 7 cases of palpable nodules, 3 cases of normal.
