在前人研究的基础上创新增加了文化产业评价指标,构建涵盖5类子系统17项评价指标的矿业经济区可持续发展力评价指标体系,使用主成分分析法,对2011年安徽省矿业经济区的可持续发展能力进行评价分析,并给出发展建议。安徽省6个矿业经济区按可持续发展力由强到弱排名依次是:马鞍山钢铁矿业经济区、铜陵-繁昌有色化工矿业经济区、淮南煤-煤化工矿业经济区、淮北煤-煤化工矿业经济区、霍邱铁矿业经济区、庐江矿业经济区。矿业经济区的可持续发展是系统性发展,不同子系统间要相互协调,相互促进,才能使得矿业经济区的可持续发展能力整体增强。安徽省6个矿业经济区之间要优势互补,合作共赢。
On the basis of previous researches, we have added cultural industry evaluation indexes and constructed an evaluation index system of sustainable development capacity in mining economic zones covering 17 evaluation indexes of 5 types of subsystems. Using principal component analysis, District sustainable development ability evaluation analysis and give suggestions for development. According to the rank of sustainable development, the six mining economic zones in Anhui Province are ranked as follows: Maanshan Iron & Steel Mining Economic Zone, Tongling-Fanchang Nonferrous Chemical and Mining Economic Zone, Huainan Coal and Coal Chemical and Mining Economic Zone, Huaibei Coal and Coal Chemical Industry Economic Zone, Huoqiu Iron Mining Economic Zone, Lujiang Mining Economic Zone. The sustainable development of mining economic zone is a systematic development, and the coordination among different subsystems should be mutually reinforcing to make the sustainable development of mining economic zone as a whole increase. Anhui Province, six mining economic zones should complement each other and win-win cooperation.
