清初三藩之乱的发生,不仅严重动摇了清王朝的统治,也造成了东亚地缘政治格局的大震荡。为应对华夷秩序调整的可能变局,日本和朝鲜皆致力于搜集中国大陆的政治军事情报,并围绕情报交换展开错综复杂的外交博弈。日本屡屡以虚假情报试探朝鲜的反应,朝鲜则极力进行情报封锁。两国表面上依据交邻原则互通声气,实则同床异梦,时刻提防对方的情报讹诈。日本和朝鲜错综激烈的情报攻防,折射出当时清朝、朝鲜、日本三国在三藩之乱发生之际,面对诡谲易变的国际格局产生的交错缠绕的利益分野。
The occurrence of the disturbances in San Francisco during the early Qing Dynasty not only seriously shaken the rule of the Qing dynasty, but also caused great turmoil in the geo-political situation in East Asia. In response to the possible change in the order of the Chinese and the overseas Chinese, Japan and North Korea are both committed to collecting political and military intelligence in mainland China and conducting intricate diplomatic games around the exchange of intelligence. Japan has often used North Korea’s false intelligence to probe North Korea’s reaction, and North Korea has aggressively blocked intelligence. On the surface, the two countries exchanged their voices on the principle of “neighbor relationship”, but in reality their dreams of intercourse and dreams were always on guard against the blackmail of the other party. The complicated intelligence offensive and attack by Japan and North Korea reflected the staggering interests of the Qing, North Korea and Japan at the time when the turmoil in San Francisco was taking place in the face of the treacherous and volatile international situation.
