国外用热等静压工艺处理高温合金铸件,通过消除缺陷、改善组织和减少性能分散度后,可使铸件的高温低频疲劳改善3~10倍,持久寿命提高两倍,瞬时性能也得到改善。此外,用热等静压处理后的铸件还有可能减少拓扑密堆的有害相形成。由于热等静压具有高温、高压、各向均匀受压,及气氛可控制等特点,可解决用其他工艺加工而无效的材料成型问题。
