本文研究了用不同脉冲参数切割多种黑色金属和有色金属试件的工艺规律.结果表明,随着脉冲宽度增加,材料的切割速度和表面粗糙度R_0值也增大.脉冲间隔增加时,其影响则相反.线切割表面熔化层(白层)的厚度随脉宽增加而增加,白层的硬度在一般情况下比基体金属有所提高.试验结果还表明,在相同的加工条件下对各种不同材料的切割速度和加工表面粗糙度也是不同的.
