(2014年1月16日)沪府发〔2014〕3号各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局:现将《上海市贯彻?国务院关于促进信息消费扩大内需的若干意见?行动纲要(2014-2017年)》印发给你们,请认真按照执行.各区县、各有关部门要以深化政府行政管理体制改革为契机,按照本行动纲要的要求,完善和细化相关政策措施,明确任务、落实责任,各司其职、相互配合,加强领导、协调推进,确保促进信息消费扩大内需工作取得实效.
