急性髓细胞白血病的发生率随年龄呈上升趋势。随着老年急性髓细胞白血病生物学及临床特征研究的深入,新的治疗观点和方法不断涌现。本文就老年急性髓细胞白血病的治疗现状、初诊患者治疗方案的选择以及新的治疗策略等方面的进展情况进行了综述。
The incidence of acute myeloid leukemia increases with age. With the deepening of the biological and clinical characteristics of the elderly acute myeloid leukemia, new treatment ideas and methods continue to emerge. This article reviews the current status of the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia, the selection of treatment options for new patients, and new treatment strategies.
