应用穆斯堡尔谱考察了焙烧温度对成型氧化铁脱硫剂相态组成的影响.实验结果表明,提高焙烧温度有利于α-Fe2O3的形成,但焙烧温度过高则会使α-Fe2O3转变成Fe3O4并引起部分成分烧结而导致脱硫剂活性的下降原脱硫剂中的Fe2O3在焙烧过程中转化成α-Fe2O3和Fe3O4.再生处理后脱硫剂的化学组成基本上可恢复至起始状态.
The influence of calcination temperature on the phase composition of the shaped iron oxide desulfurizer was investigated by using Mössbauer spectroscopy.
