刘申生校长在1991年新虹桥小学建校之初就专门留出一间教室作为将来的机房,同时还提出“人人会电脑,个个会打字”的口号,在信息科技浪潮尚未到来之际就已为学校进行信息科技教育做好了物质和观念的准备,从而走在了同类学校的前列。12年后的今天,信息科技的发展水平已非当年可及,新虹桥小学又提出了“发展信息科技教育,建设数字化校园”的新方向。
