I. INTRODUCTION The southern ocean contains extremely rich mineral resources and marine living resources and is an undeveloped treasureland on the earth. Studying the rising of deep water in the Southern Ocean is of great significance to the development of marine living resources. The vertical movement of seawater in the oceans is closely related to the horizontal circulation. The rise of deep water can be clearly demonstrated by the oceanic salt-and-salt structure.
