一、前 言 粤东海岸带666,DDT污染调查是对于保护海岸带环境、保护海洋水产资源,保护海洋环境、保障沿海人民的身体健康都具有重要的现实意义和深远意义。 调查范围,西起深圳市的大鹏湾(即东经117°17.5’),东至福建省诏安湾(东经117°17.5’)。海域设36个采样站,其中水、底泥36个站,生物31个站,底质柱状样5个站。潮间带设17个水、底泥,生物采样站。时间分别在春季(1983年3月31日-4月12日),秋季(1983年9月14日-9月28日)进行两企航次出海采样。1984年春季和秋季又进行一次潮间带海水、底泥采样。采回海水、底泥、生物样共550个。分析仪器是英国山度厂FB5-D型气相色谱仪,检测器是氚钪电子捕获,色谱柱是1.5%OV-17+2%QF1/chromosorb AW DMCS80-100目。最小检测量5×10-12克-3×10-13克,回收率98%-99%,相对误差±0.5%-±5%,检出率100%。
