目的:构建不同产地温郁金的DNA指纹图谱,探讨利用SRAP技术在温郁金亲缘关系研究中的可行性。方法:采用SRAP分子标记对不同产地温郁金样品进行基因组DNA多态性分析。结果:筛选出5对引物组合,构建了不同产地温郁金的SRAP指纹图谱,聚类结果表明,不同产地温郁金的遗传差异不明显。结论:SRAP技术可以为温郁金品种的保护与利用提供一定的理论依据。
Objective: To construct DNA fingerprints of warm tulip from different habitats and to explore the feasibility of using SRAP technology in the study of the genetic relationship of warm tulip. Methods: SRAP molecular markers were used to analyze genomic DNA polymorphism of warm tulip samples from different areas. Results: Five pairs of primers were screened and the SRAP fingerprints of warm tulip from different habitats were constructed. The clustering results showed that the genetic diversity of warm tulip from different habitats was not obvious. Conclusion: SRAP technology can provide some theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of Wenyujin varieties.
