近来我厂为兄弟厂生产上万件小规格直柄钻头槽铣刀,此产品属薄的圆板状工具.热处理变形难以控制.经过我们反复摸索和比较,认为淬火时夹紧方法比淬火后采用热夹法要好,省工省电,此操作方法使热处理变形合格率明显担高,从而又不会发生因校直而开裂的问题。现以φ3.1—φ3.4mm直柄麻花钻槽铣刀为例加以说明。此规格槽铣刀订货尺寸为:外径φ55mm,内径φ22mm,厚度2.5mm.
