本文将科斯命题同企业的组织形式联系起来,区别于传统的企业与市场的二分法,提出了企业、科层与市场的三维划分。通过考察企业组织的历史发展,企业组织形式从U型组织向M型组织的转变,以及由于这种转变所带来的诸如“内部转移价格”、“企业内部创新”、“内部资本市场”等等新的现象,发现企业和市场并非简单对立的关系,科层制与市场是一对范畴,而企业则是科层和市场相互融合的混合体。
This paper connects the proposition of Kos with the organizational form of the enterprise, distinguishes it from the dichotomy between the traditional enterprise and the market, and puts forward the three-dimensional division of the enterprise, bureaucracy and market. By examining the historical development of business organizations, the transformation of organizational forms from U-shaped organizations to M-type organizations and the reasons such as “internal transfer prices ”, “internal innovation ”, “ Internal capital market ”and so on. It has been found that enterprises and markets are not simply opposite. The bureaucracy and the market are a category, while the enterprises are a mixture of bureaucracy and the market.
