为在船舶柴油机上燃烧乳化重油,开发了一种能动态调节油水比例、保持油水比例稳定的智能混合系统。单片机采集柴油机转速信号、油流量信号以及乳化重油流量信号,通过对这些信号的处理和计算,实现对水流量的精确计量和控制,从而达到柴油机燃烧工况所需的最佳油水比例。试验结果表明,此智能混合系统不仅能避免单纯燃用重油引起的高有害气体排放量的问题,且价格低廉,结构简单,容易控制,节省燃油,具有很大的社会和环境效益。
In order to burn emulsified heavy oil on a marine diesel engine, an intelligent hybrid system that can dynamically adjust the ratio of oil to water and keep the ratio of oil to water stable has been developed. Single-chip microcomputer to collect the diesel engine speed signal, the oil flow signal and the emulsified heavy oil flow signal, through the processing and calculation of these signals to achieve accurate measurement and control of water flow to achieve the diesel fuel combustion conditions required the best ratio of oil and water. The experimental results show that the intelligent hybrid system can not only avoid the problem of high harmful gas emissions caused by simply burning heavy oil, but also has great social and environmental benefits with low cost, simple structure, easy control and fuel saving.
