本文认为 :中等医学教育要在新世纪适应社会主义市场经济、知识经济的发展需要 ,就必须要在办学思路、办学模式、办学格局上进行充分调研论证 ,根据自身的办学优势 ,作出科学定位 ,培养出“专业特长”适销对路的、应用型的医药卫生人才 ,同时要高举教育面向现代化的大旗 ,不断强化学校的内涵建设 ,包括办学所需的硬件和内部管理的软件 ,形成良好的教学氛围 ,以不断提高教育教学质量 ,提高学生的综合素质 ,提高学生的创新精神和就业能力。另外 ,还要不断地开发新专业 ,以拉动内需 ,为提高全民族的综合素质作出努力 ,这是中等医学教育实现可持续发展战略的重要措施。
This paper argues that: in the new century, secondary medical education should meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy and the knowledge economy, we must conduct full research and demonstration on the thinking of running a school, the mode of running a school and the pattern of running a school. According to our advantages in running a school, we must make a scientific orientation, At the same time, we must hold high the banner of education for modernization and continue to strengthen the connotation construction of the school, including the necessary software for hardware and internal management of the school to form a good Teaching atmosphere to continuously improve the quality of education and teaching to improve the overall quality of students and improve their innovative spirit and employability. In addition, we must constantly develop new professions to boost domestic demand and make efforts to raise the overall quality of the entire nation. This is an important measure for realizing sustainable development strategies for secondary medical education.
