工程施工管理是一项非常复杂的管理过程,是整个建筑施工管理工作的基础和落脚点。目标就是在确保合同规定的工期和质量要求的前提下,力求降低工程施工成本,追求施工的最大利润,这就要在工程施工管理过程中强化管理工作。现对如何强化施工过程中的质量管理、进度管理、成本管理、安全管理等方面的工作进行了探讨,为以后施工管理过程提供参考。
Construction management is a very complex management process, which is the foundation and end point of the entire construction management. The goal is to ensure that the contract provides for the duration and quality requirements under the premise, and strive to reduce construction costs, the pursuit of the maximum profit of construction, which should be in the process of construction management to strengthen management. Now how to strengthen the construction process of quality management, schedule management, cost management, safety management and other aspects of work were discussed for future construction management process to provide a reference.
