后备干部制度从改革开放初期正式确立到现在的30年间,发挥了重要的积极作用,顺利实现了改革开放初期亟须解决的新老干部交替的历史任务,并且经过多年的发展,已经成为党和国家培养党政人才的重要制度之一,为推进我国改革开放顺利进行和经济社会发展提供了党政领导人才基础。
The reserve cadre system has played an important and positive role in the 30 years since the initial reform and opening up and now has smoothly realized the historical tasks alternating between old and new cadres who are in urgent need of solution in the early stage of reform and opening up.
