快速培育良种桑苗是建立丰产优质桑园,发展蚕业生产的首要条件。现有的桑苗培育方法有压条法、芽接法、袋接法和广秧接等。其中广秧接是比较简便易行,经济而有效的快速育苗方法,适于大面积推广应用,目前新蚕区培育的良桑苗木,大部分采用此法育成。广秧接是春季选用良桑枝条作接穗,利用上年夏播桑籽培育的半年生桑树实生苗作砧木,进行嫁接,当年培育成良种苗木,秋末即可出圃。
