目的探讨持续高眼压状态下小梁切除术。方法对16例19眼原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者行小梁切除术,术后情况及观察效果进行回顾性分析。结果所有手术患者出院时眼压均<20mmHg,术中及术后未出现脉络膜上腔出血,以及恶性青光眼等并发症,视力都有不同程度的提高。结论虽然在持续性高眼压状态下手术风险较高,但只要操作方法得当,可以安全实施小梁切除术,尽可能避免了视功能的损害。
Objective To investigate the trabeculectomy under continuous high intraocular pressure. Methods The trabeculectomy was performed in 16 patients with primary acute angle closure glaucoma (19 eyes). The postoperative results and the observation were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients undergoing surgery had IOP <20 mmHg at discharge, no complications such as choroidal hemorrhage and malignant glaucoma during and after operation, and visual acuity improved to some extent. Conclusions Although the surgical risk is high under continuous high intraocular pressure, trabeculectomy may be performed safely as long as the method of operation is correct, with the visual function being avoided as much as possible.
