中国政府在社会主义市场经济体制建设和管理工作开展的过程之中,具备进行宏观调控的职能和权限。在社会经济发展水平逐年提升的当今社会,城市基层的政府单位在招商引资的基本工作职能方面,发生了一定的转变。本文以长春高新区基层政府单位招商引资工作中存在的不足作为课题论述的切入点,将有效转变政府基层单位招商引资的方式和方法进行了详细的阐述和介绍。
The Chinese government has the functions and powers to conduct macroeconomic regulation and control in the process of system construction and management of the socialist market economy. In today’s society where the level of socio-economic development has been increasing year by year, the government units at the urban grass-roots level have undergone some changes in the basic job functions of attracting investment. In this paper, Changchun High-tech Zone grass-roots government units in the work of investment deficiencies in the work as an entry point, the effective transformation of the government grassroots units of investment methods and methods were described in detail and introduced.
