目的通过气相色谱建立测定花露水和驱蚊花露水中甲醇含量的分析方法。方法采用气相色谱顶空外标法测定了花露水中甲醇含量。结果甲醇含量在(0~5 000)μg/ml范围内呈线性,其线性回归方程y=1 104 x+309 357,R~2=0.999 7。同时做了回收率(92.08%~94.41%)和精密度(1.43%~1.97%)试验,取得了满意的结果。结论分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好且操作简单快速。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of methanol in toilet water and insect repellent toilet water by gas chromatography. Methods The methanol content in the toilet water was determined by GC headspace external standard method. Results The methanol content was linear over the range of (0-5000) μg / ml. The linear regression equation y = 1 104 x + 309 357, R 2 = 0.999 7. At the same time, the recoveries (92.08% ~ 94.41%) and the precision (1.43% ~ 1.97%) were tested and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The separation effect is good, the accuracy is high, the reproducibility is good and the operation is simple and fast.
