目的了解成都市基层医疗机构病案管理人员的配置现状并分析存在的问题,为提高该地区病案管理水平提供依据。方法通过问卷法调查该地区基层医疗机构病案管理人员的配置情况。结果该地区有51.85%的机构编制床位数低于50张,有11.11%的机构专职病案管理人员与编制床位数之比高于1:50,37.04%低于1:50;病案管理人中86.27%是兼职人员,多来自临床专业,其中医/药/技占55.94%,护理专业37.77%;以初级职称、中专学历为主,分别占61.37%、53.22%;81.97%无任何资格证,取得统计资格证的人员相对较多,占17.60%,仅有1人取得国际疾病分类资格证书,无人取得质控证。结论该地区病案管理总体水平发展较好,但也存在专业病案管理人员不足,专业素质较低等问题。
Objective To understand the status quo of the allocation of medical record administrators in primary medical institutions in Chengdu and analyze the existing problems so as to provide basis for improving the medical record management in this area. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the allocation of medical record administrators in primary health care institutions in this area. Results 51.85% of the establishments in the area had less than 50 beds, 11.11% of them were higher than 1: 50 in the number of full-time record-keeping staff and 1: 50 in less than 37.04%; 86.27 % Is a part-time staff, mostly from the clinical profession, the Chinese medicine / medicine / technology accounted for 55.94%, nursing profession 37.77%; primary title, secondary education, respectively, accounting for 61.37%, 53.22%; 81.97% without any qualification certificate, Statistic certificate obtained relatively more personnel, accounting for 17.60%, only 1 person made the International Classification of Diseases Certificate, no one obtained quality control permits. Conclusion The overall medical record management in this area is developing well, but there are also some problems such as the shortage of professional medical record managers and the low professional quality.
