对43例分泌性中耳炎病人经中耳抽出物培养,使用单克隆抗体经荧光抗体技术证实6例存在衣原体包涵体,并经微量免疫荧光法证实病人血清中存在抗衣原体抗体。虽认为感染与分泌性中耳炎的发展有关,但20~50%中耳渗液培养无细菌生长,提示有病原或仍未查明细菌存在。本组6例从中耳抽出物中分离出衣原体,且有可察觉的衣原体抗体,IgG抗体增高4倍或更多(1∶16~1∶256)和/或IgM滴度为1∶16或更多。认为衣原体和病因有关。其中
