目的 探讨细胞周期相关因子增殖细胞核抗原( PCNA)、细胞周期素 E( cyclinE)、 p21(WAF1/CIP1)、 p27在 HPV6/11相关尖锐湿疣 (CA)病变中的各种变化及其意义。方法 应用原位杂交技术诊断 HPV6/11相关 CA,采用 SP免疫组化染色技术检测 50例 HPV6/11阳性 CA患者皮损、 25例正常人皮肤(包皮)中 PCNA、 cyclinE及 p21、 p27的表达及分布。结果 ① CA皮损中 PCNA、 cyclinE、 p21的表达较正常人上皮中均有不同程度的增强, p27的表达则无统计学差异; CA皮损中其表达主要分布于棘层及颗粒层。② CA皮损中 cyclinE与 p21和 p27的表达、 p21与 p27的表达间存在相关性。结论 HPV6/11阳性尖锐湿疣中, PCNA、 cyclinE、 p21的表达增强,并可能通过 PCNA、 cyclinE、 p21、 p27的相互协调或制约,引起自身限制的角质形成细胞增殖。
Objective To investigate the changes and their significance of PCNA, WAF1 / CIP1 and p27 in the lesions of HPV 6/11 related condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods The HPV6 / 11-associated CA was diagnosed by in situ hybridization and the expression of PCNA, cyclinE, p21 and p27 in 50 cases of HPV6 / 11 positive CA lesions and 25 normal skin (foreskin) were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining And distribution. Results ① The expressions of PCNA, cyclinE and p21 in CA lesions were enhanced to some extent compared with normal human epithelium, while the expression of p27 was not statistically different. The expression of PCNA, CA1 and p21 in CA lesions was mainly distributed in the spinous layer and granular layer. ② The expression of cyclinE, p21 and p27 in CA lesions and the correlation between p21 and p27 expression. Conclusions The expression of PCNA, cyclinE and p21 in HPV6 / 11 positive condyloma acuminatum is enhanced, and the proliferation of keratinocytes restricted by PCNA, cyclinE, p21 and p27 may be caused by their coordination or restriction.
