2004年10月14日,北京市第一中级人民法院以传播淫秽物品牟利罪分别判处梁宏彬、李宇飞等4名被告人有期徒刑并处罚金。这是公安部打击淫秽网站专项行动开展以来侦破的全国首起特大网络贩黄案。令人惊讶的是,4名被告中年龄最大的梁宏彬只有25岁,而且是收入不菲的著名网络公司的工程师。他与“笨蛋黑客”李宇飞等人联手制造了这起中国网络贩黄第一案。
On October 14, 2004, Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court sentenced Liang Hongbin, Li Yufei and other 4 defendants to imprisonment and fined respectively for disseminating pornographic material for profit. This is the first major case of network trafficking in the country that has been solved since the special campaign of the Ministry of Public Security on cracking down on pornographic websites. Surprisingly, Liang Hongbin, the youngest of four defendants, is only 25 years old and an engineer in a well-known Internet company. He and “stupid hacker” Li Yufei and others jointly created the first case of the Chinese network trafficking in yellow.
