神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,从胚胎和成年哺乳动物脑内均可分离获得。NSC的增殖与分化受基因、细胞因子、局部微环境等诸多因素的调节。对NSC增殖与分化机制的研究将促进干细胞移植应用于中枢神经系统疾病的治疗。本文就NSC分化的影响因素及调控机制做一综述。
Neural stem cells (NSCs) have the potential of self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation and are isolated from the brain of embryonic and adult mammals. The proliferation and differentiation of NSC are regulated by many factors such as genes, cytokines and local microenvironment. Research on the mechanism of NSC proliferation and differentiation will promote the application of stem cell transplantation in the treatment of central nervous system diseases. This article reviews the influencing factors and regulatory mechanisms of NSC differentiation.
