一、引言实现公共建筑节能的前提是掌握建筑用能状况,而实施公共机构能耗数据实时采集、动态监控是掌握公共建筑用能状况的有效途径。因此,国家城市能源计量中心(安徽)经过充分的调研和深入研究,建立了一套公共机构能耗数据监测系统。该系统通过安装具有远传功能的计量器具,采集公共机构用能设备的能耗并通过互联网传输到数据中心汇总、存贮,可以为政府部门提供及时、准确的公共机构能耗数据;同时数据中心的软件系统可以对采集到的用能数据进行分析研究,找到各个用能环节存在的问题和节能潜力,为既有公共
I. INTRODUCTION The premise of realizing public buildings’ energy-saving is to master the state of building energy use.
