六西格玛管理是目前较为先进的管理理念,本文介绍了六西格玛管理的特点和基本流程,并通过在称重传感器生产过程改进的案例验证了六西格玛管理的运用实效,总结了经验得失。
Six Sigma management is the most advanced management concept at present. This paper introduces the characteristics and basic flow of Six Sigma management, and verifies the effectiveness of Six Sigma management through the case of load cell production process improvement.
