橡胶沥青作为一种环保型路面材料,在过去几十年里已经得到了广泛的应用.为进一步推动、推广橡胶沥青及橡胶沥青混合料的应用,掌握其发展现状并梳理发展需求,系统汇总了胶粉应用于沥青改性技术中的指标要求、制备工艺、性能评价与工程难题.首先,回顾了国内外胶粉应用于沥青改性技术的发展历程,并对国内外相关技术规范中胶粉的相关物理技术指标要求进行了总结分析.其次,以1.0 mm为粒径界限,对比分析了胶粉在沥青和沥青混合料中的干法工艺和湿法工艺,揭示了胶粉在沥青中的改性机理,包括沥青胶体结构变化、胶粉颗粒体积溶胀、胶粉颗粒脱
