对CCD-CZT电路的利用,可以作为雷达多普勒处理中一种有效的频谱分析技术,并可用于其它信号处理领域。本文介绍了典型的CCD—CZT电路,通过简化运算量最大的卷积运算,推导了一种改进型CCD—CZT方案,经计算机模拟,证明了改进型电路对信号进行实时处理的能力,同时得到一组用以制作CCD横向滤波器分裂电极的参考数据。
The use of CCD-CZT circuit can be used as an effective spectral analysis technique in radar Doppler processing and can be used in other signal processing fields. In this paper, a typical CCD-CZT circuit is introduced. An improved CCD-CZT scheme is derived by simplifying the maximum convolution operation. By computer simulation, the capability of the improved circuit to process signals in real time is demonstrated. At the same time, A set of reference data to make a CCD transversal splitter.
