引言近年来,应用合成的大网状高分子微球、吸附富集水中痕量有机污染物(树脂吸附法),已成为气相色谱测定中重要的一种预富集方法。树脂吸附预富集法,由于操作方便,特别适于含有低浓度(PPb~PPt)有机污染物的大体积采样。因之,此法在饮用水及地表水的有机物探查与监测中得到广泛的应用。我室曾应用 GDX—502分别富集测定水中痕量苯胺类、芳烃类、硝基芳烃类,以及酚类等有机物。并将所建立的方法应用于测定染料、医药、化工废水和江水。
Introduction In recent years, the application of synthetic macromolecular polymer microspheres, adsorption and enrichment of trace organic pollutants in water (resin adsorption method), has become an important GC method of pre-enrichment. The resin adsorption pre-enrichment method is particularly suitable for large-volume sampling with low concentration (PPb-PPt) organic pollutants because of its convenient operation. Therefore, this method has been widely used in organic matter exploration and monitoring of drinking water and surface water. GDX-502 was used in my room to enrich the determination of traces of aniline, aromatic, nitroaromatic and phenolic compounds in water. The established method was applied to the determination of dyes, pharmaceuticals, chemical wastewater and river water.
