髓母细胞瘤来源于小脑外颗粒层细胞,几乎全部病例都发生在小脑。位于小脑中线或蚓部者尤多。国内报告不多,广西医学院病理教研室自1949年至1982年3月有记载的尸检病例2452例,其中发现肿瘤病例449例占尸检病例的18.3％。在449例肿瘤病例中,原发于神经系统的肿瘤中为81例,约占18％。在81例神经系统肿瘤中,原发于颅内者有60例,占74.1％,脊髓和周围神经者有21例,占25.9％。在颅内原发肿瘤中,星形胶质细胞
Medulloblastoma originates from extragranular granular layer cells, and almost all cases occur in the cerebellum. In the cerebellar midline or vermis are more. There are not many domestic reports. There were 2452 autopsy cases recorded from January 1949 to March 1982 in Department of Pathology, Guangxi Medical College. Among them, 449 cases of cancers were found to account for 18.3% of the autopsy cases. Of the 449 tumor cases, 81 were found in the nervous system, accounting for 18%. In 81 cases of nervous system tumors, there were 60 cases of primary intracranial tumors, accounting for 74.1%. There were 21 cases of spinal cord and peripheral nerves, accounting for 25.9%.
