连云港市的社会保障信息系统已基本建成,但与老百姓切身利益密切相关的社保系统和劳动就业系统为两个独立的系统,原有的两大信息系统各自为政、分散管理,信息重复采集、应用效果差。缺乏统一标准,无法实现信息交换与共享,形成了“信息孤岛”。企业用工和参保缴费等业务不能联动,整合社保和就业两大系统,实现业务联动已势在必行。
The social security information system in Lianyungang has been basically completed. However, the social security system and labor employment system that are closely related to the vital interests of ordinary people are two separate systems. The original two major information systems work independently, decentralize management, duplicate information collection and application effects difference. Lack of uniform standards, unable to achieve the exchange of information and sharing, formed a “remote island of information.” Enterprise employment and insurance premiums and other businesses can not be linked to integrate the two systems of social security and employment, business linkage has been imperative.
