文章采用共沉淀法制备了立方结构的铟锡氧化物(ITO)前驱体氢氧化铟(In(OH)3)。利用X-ray衍射、热重和差热分析以及等温热处理,对立方结构In(OH)3随温度变化向萤石型结构铟锡氧化物(ITO)固溶体转变的规律进行了探讨。立方结构In(OH)3向萤石型结构ITO固溶体的转变起始于150℃,在300℃左右转变完全并且表现为一种吸热行为。
The indium tin oxide (In (OH) 3) precursor with cubic structure was prepared by coprecipitation method. The transformation of In (OH) 3 with the temperature to the fluorite-structured indium tin oxide (ITO) solid solution was investigated by X-ray diffraction, TG-DTA and isothermal annealing. The transformation of the cubic structure In (OH) 3 into the fluorite-structured ITO solid solution starts at 150 ° C and completely transforms around 300 ° C with an endothermic behavior.
