随着湘商的崛起,湘商文化日益受到学界的关注,湘商文化进课堂,培养更多的湘商新人,助推湖南地方发展和中国梦的实现,已成为大势所趋。本文对商科院校开设“湘商文化”课的现实意义进行了深入剖析,分教育理念、课程设置、教学方法三方面对如何开展好湘商文化课教育进行了探讨。
With the rise of the Hunan businessmen, the Hunan merchants ’culture has been paid more and more attention by the academic circles. It has become the trend of the times for the Hunan merchants’ culture to enter the classroom, train more new prospective Hunan businessmen, and boost the local development of Hunan and the realization of the Chinese dream. This paper analyzes the practical significance of offering “Hunan Business Culture ” course in commercial universities, and discusses how to carry out Hunan business culture education from three aspects of education concept, curriculum setup and teaching methods.
