采用金相显微镜、电子能谱分析仪、透射电子显微镜、FeCl3溶液浸泡法和循环极化曲线法研究了固溶处理对2205双相不锈钢组织和点腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经1050℃×2h水冷固溶处理后,实验钢中α和γ两相体积含量约各占一半,组织均匀且细化,在6%FeCl3溶液中的临界点蚀温度为45℃,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀电位Eb和保护电位Ep均为1028mV,表现出良好的耐点蚀性能。经950℃固溶处理后组织中析出σ相,σ相导致其抗点蚀性能下降。
The effects of solution treatment on microstructure and corrosion resistance of 2205 duplex stainless steel were investigated by means of optical microscope, electron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, FeCl3 solution immersion method and cyclic polarization curve method. The results show that after 1050 ℃ × 2h water-cooling solution treatment, the volume fraction of α and γ phase in the experimental steel is about half, the microstructure is uniform and fine, the critical pitting temperature in the 6% FeCl3 solution is 45 ℃, The pitting potential Eb and the protective potential Ep in the 3.5% NaCl solution are both 1028 mV, showing good pitting corrosion resistance. After the solution treatment at 950 ℃, the σ phase is precipitated in the microstructure and σ phase leads to the decrease of pitting resistance.
