以五味子为试材,研究了大量元素氮胁迫对五味子果实木脂素类成分含量的影响。结果表明:处理2(5月16日、7月2日分别施多肽尿素0.042、0.084kg/m2)的五味子中五味子甲素、五味子丙素含量最高,分别为1.97、1.11mg/g,显著高于其它处理组;处理3(5月16日、7月2日分别施多肽尿素0.084、0.168kg/m2)的五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲含量最高,分别为9.46、3.01、2.15mg/g,显著高于其它处理;空白五味子乙素含量最高,显著高于其它处理,为1.99mg/g;表明适宜的大量元素氮胁迫有利于五味子中木脂素含量的积累。
Schisandra chinensis was used as experimental material to study the effect of macroelements nitrogen stress on lignans contents of Schisandra chinensis fruit. The results showed that the content of schisandrin A and Schisandra C in Schisandra chinensis in treatment 2 (0.042,0.084 kg / m2 on May 16 and July 2, respectively) was the highest (1.97 and 1.11 mg / g respectively) In the other treatment groups, the contents of schisandrin A, Schizandrol B and Schisandra chinensis in Schisandra chinensis in treatment 3 (0.084 and 0.168 kg / m2 respectively on May 16 and July 2, respectively) were the highest, 9.46 and 3.01 , 2.15mg / g, which was significantly higher than other treatments. The content of blank schisandrin B was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of other treatments, which was 1.99mg / g. The results indicated that the appropriate macroelement nitrogen was beneficial to the accumulation of lignans in Schisandra chinensis.
