The width of crack control is an important parameter to ensure the durability of reinforced concrete members under normal working conditions. This paper studies the influence of control width of different design cracks on the maintenance cost of reinforced concrete members during their service life. First of all, based on the existing research, the model of chloride ion diffusion coefficient in the cracking area of reinforced concrete members is put forward, and the model of maximum maintenance of the component service life is established by using the maximum crack width model. Then, based on the durability limit state of reinforced concrete under typical splashes in port engineering, Monte-Carlo method is used to calculate the durability failure probability of members. The influence of crack width on component deterioration and The impact of maintenance costs over the life of the product. The results show that the crack width significantly affects the durability failure probability of the component, which affects the service times and the maintenance cost of the component. When the control width is less than 0.3mm, the impact on the maintenance cost is small. When the crack width exceeds 0.3mm When the component maintenance costs increase rapidly.
