通过对中间包流动过程测速及选择空心玻璃微珠模拟夹杂物,对1∶2的6流连铸中间包进行水力学模拟试验,研究了长水口位置改变对中间包流场、RTD曲线以及对中间包内夹杂物去除率的影响。结果表明,长水口与6个出口连线的垂直距离由800mm增大到1 000mm时,中间包注流区流场变化不大,活塞流体积增大,夹杂物去除率增大了28.76%,提高了中间包的冶金效果。
