目的探讨社区家庭医生签约服务对精神病患者监护管理的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月-2016年5月某社区的精神病患者90例,以随机数字表法进行分组将其分为研究组和对照组各45例。对照组给予常规抗精神病药物治疗与疾病指导,研究组在此基础上采取社区家庭医生签约服务。观察对比两组患者出院时及干预1年后精神病症状与生活能力的变化,以及1年内的肇事率。结果经相应干预后,相较于对照组,研究组PANSS评分更低、UPSA评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组1年内肇事率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区家庭医生签约服务在精神病患者监护管理中具有显著的应用效果,适于社区广泛推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of community family doctors signing service on the management of mental patients. Methods 90 patients with mental illness in a community from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine antipsychotic drug treatment and disease guidance, and the research team took community home doctor signing service on this basis. The changes of psychotic symptoms and viability after discharge from hospital and after 1 year of intervention were observed and compared between two groups and the accident rate within one year. Results Compared with the control group, the PANSS score and UPSA score of the study group were significantly lower (P <0.05). The accident rate in the study group was 6.67% in one year, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (24.44%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Community family doctor signing service has significant application effect in the management of psychiatric patients, which is suitable for the community to promote and apply widely.
