【目的】探讨转运前参与区域内危重新生儿转运需做的各项准备。【方法】回顾2008-2010年,自北京市上地医院转运的危重新生儿的转运前准备以及诊断和预后。【结果】所有79名患儿均成功转运。【结论】区域性危重新生儿转运系统可以降低新生儿死亡率,改善危重新生儿预后。
【Objective】 To investigate the preparation of the critical neonatal transport in pre-transport areas. 【Method】 The retrospective review was made on the pre-delivery preparation and diagnosis and prognosis of the critically ill newborn infants who were transplanted from Beijing Shangdi Hospital from 2008 to 2010. Results All 79 children were successfully transfused. 【Conclusion】 Regional critically ill neonatal transport system can reduce the neonatal mortality rate and improve the prognosis of critically ill neonates.
