上睑下垂是一种常见的眼睑畸形,治疗的方法颇多。作者近两年来应用额肌瓣悬吊治疗提上睑肌肌力极差,或作提上睑肌缩短术失败的重度上睑下垂患者9例,取得了功能性矫正的效果。本文对额肌瓣治疗上睑下垂的手术方法作了详细的介绍,对手术适应症进行了讨论,提出了常见的并发症及预防措施。
Ptosis is a common eyelid deformity, a lot of ways to treat. In the past two years, the authors applied the frontal muscle flap suspension to treat 9 cases of severe blepharoptosis with levator palpebrae muscle dysfunction, and achieved functional correction. This article describes in detail the method of treating the blepharoptosis of frontal muscle flap, discusses the indications for surgery, and presents the common complications and preventive measures.
