我局评定档案专业干部业务职称的试点工作从1981年8月4日开始,至10月16日基本结束。在试点工作中,首先,我们对本局专业干部的基本情况进行调查摸底,同时经局批准成立了由八人组成的评定委员会,接着研究制定了评定职称的工作方案,组织全局干部反复学习讨论有关政策性文件,通过学习和讨论,大家提高了认识,明确了评定业务职称的目的意义,纷纷表示要把评定工作认真搞好。
