档案的管理的科学化、系统化是档案工作现代化的标志,档案是一种重要的起源,为社会、组织和个人的各项活动起到参考和记录的作用,是活动有效性和目的性的忠实见证者和记录者。在现实的档案管理工作中由于人才的匮乏,档案工作的作用尚未完全发挥,因此,有必要加强档案管理人才的招聘和培养工作,为档案管理打下坚实的人力资源的基础。本文对加强档案人才的培养进行了论述,希望可以进一步推进和实现档案管理工作的现代化。
The scientific and systematic management of archives is a symbol of the modernization of archive work. Archives are an important source of reference and record for the activities of society, organizations and individuals.
